Youth Ambassadors

Tackle issues in your community through social action by becoming a Youth Ambassador! Is there an issue in your area that you’d like to change? Would you like to work on a social action project to solve this? Are you aged 13 or over? If yes, you could apply to be a Youth Ambassador!

We would like to support those with solutions to become Youth Ambassadors – leaders of their own social action project to bring Walsall communities together.

What would I do?

You could:

  • Take part in training and mentoring to develop your idea for a social action project

  • Gain life skills for future personal and career development to add to your CV

  • Create a positive difference for the community you live in

  • Make friends with like-minded young people

When will the events happen?

You’ll be working on your social action project, but there are meetings and training sessions for you to attend to develop your project.

We will also meet up with you at certain points when you’re working on your social action project to hear how things are going and to support you.

Please note, all meetings from now until coronavirus measures are lifted will be online. Please make sure you have access to a computer or smartphone – if you would have difficulties in accessing online discussions, get in contact with Sarah - Dates and times are subject to change.
