Empowering Youth

Our vision is for a Walsall where all young people—regardless of background—have the skills, confidence, and opportunities to succeed in life. We are committed to removing barriers to employment, education, and leadership for underrepresented youth and ensuring their voices shape the systems around them.

Walsall for All CIC is proud to be a key partner in the Youth Futures Foundation project, a four-year initiative led by Aaina Community Hub. The programme focuses on supporting young people of Pakistani and Bangladeshi heritage in Walsall to access training, gain employment, and thrive in the workplace.

We believe that real empowerment starts with trust, representation, and ownership. That’s why we’re building long-term partnerships with young people—not just to support their individual success, but to co-create more inclusive systems for the future.

What will we do?

Increase Access to Skills, Training and Employment

WFA CIC will work with young people, employers, and community partners across to help young people gain the tools, experience, and confidence they need to succeed.

Promote Diversity of Opportunity and Progression

We will work to ensure fairer access and advancement in local employment systems.

Drive Systems Change with Youth Leadership

We will ensure young people are not just consulted, but co-leaders in change.
